Enriched Air

By Diving with enriched air rather than standard air, you can extend your no decompression limits.  By increasing the amount of oxygen and decreasing the amount of nitrogen you absorb on any given dive, you get more bottom time.  After all, isn't that what diving is all about?  Get the most of your dives and your diving dollars by getting the most of each and every dive.

This is a home study course and you can complete it on your schedule.  We get your books to you and you read through them.  Once you have completed the home study portion you meet with our instructor for a review.  You can complete this course with or without going on a dive trip....although we'd love to have dive with us.

Wreck Diver

The lure of exploring sunken vessels, airplanes and automobiles is something most divers cannot resist.  The PADI Wreck Diver Specialty course introduces you to wreck diving and helps you develop the skills and knowledge necessary for safe and fun wreck diving.

West Palm Beach has some great wreck dives.  W have mature wrecks with fantastic marine life in depths ranging from 55-100 feet of warm, clear water.  This course consists of an academic session and four wreck dives.  Divers must be at least advanced open water certified to participate in this course.

One of our personal favorites is the "Princess Anne".  This mature wreck has an abundance of marine life, including several resident Goliath Groupers that call her home.  This is an awesome site with common Bull Shark sightings and 6 foot barracuda standing guard.

Underwater Naturalist

If you are interested in marine life, then PADI Underwater Naturalist Specialty course is for you.  This course is an introduction to the underwater marine environment and will help you develop safe and responsible marine life interaction techniques.

Our underwater naturalist course is taught by a biologist.  You will get the chance to learn about some of the unique marine life that you will encounter on your dives.  We will provide you with fist and reef id books that are yours to keep.  One dive will be in Shark Canyon where you will experience some of the "bigger" marine life in our area.  Then we do a second dive to concentrate on some of the smaller things like the "Christmas Tree Worm".  Bring along your camera for these dives.  You will want to show our friends.

If you are really interested in learning about the ocean and its inhabitants, you may want to consider our Advanced Underwater Naturalist Course.  This is a distinctive specialty written and taught by our own biologist.  You will receive a PADI Distinctive Specialty certification course and have four dives with our instructor as your personal guide.  Read more about this course in our Unique Specialty section.

Deep Diver

This course is to help prepare you to journey where others only dream.  This course includes an academic session and four open water dives.  Each dive will range from 80-100 feet in depth.  If you are not enriched air certified, you might want to make this a combo course.

West Palm Beach has some great reef and wreck dive sites in this depth range.  Perhaps a trip to Shark Canyon to see Caribbean Reef Sharks or to the Princess Anne to see  huge Goliath Grouper is of interest to you.  Divers must be at least advanced open water diver certified.  A computer is highly recommended (computers are offered as rental gear).

Boat Diver

Through the PADI Boat Diver Specialty course, you can learn the techniques and procedures for diving from different types of boats. The more boats you're diving from, the more diving you're doing.  Not all divers have had boating experience.  This course will help you become for familiar and comfortable when diving from a boat.

This course is a one-day course, and involves two open water dives.  All of our boat dives are done off of a custom 45 ft dive boat.  Enjoy the ride as you make a short journey to the living reef just minutes from the dock.  Soak up some sun on the bow while Flying Fish dart from our boats path, and Wild Dolphins escort us as they play in the boat’s wake.

Drift Diver

Drift Diving ...you've got to love it!  No effort required, just go with the flow and enjoy the dive.  Right here near our shores is the gulf stream current.  This is the main reason we have such a wide variety of marine life and a living reef.  A continuous flow of new nutrients is brought by the current to the reef.  This is a one-day course that involves a short academic session and two drift dives.  You will learn techniques to keep you safe while drift diving and having a lot of fun!
